  1. 100% Cotton equals 100% Comfy (and safe)

We absolutely love the 100% Cotton HALO SleepSack Wearable Blanket. I feel comfortable knowing it will keep my little one warm and comfy, but since it's cotton it's breathable and she won't get too hot. I love that I don't have to worry about loose blankets in the crib.

  2. Great Quality and Comfort

My daughter was never one for swaddling so we put her in a SleepSack right from the beginning. I always worried about her getting too chilly but for safety would never put a loose blanket in her crib. I also noticed that she sleeps better in a SleepSack as opposed to a sleeper with legs. I think it helps her feel more secure when she picks her legs up but has a little restriction. I have 2 other brands of SleepSacks and what I like about the HALO Cotton SleepSack is how soft it is and the quality of the fabric. It has washed very well and is durable. My favorite feature is the inverted zipper for easy diaper changes. I would recommend the SleepSack to those setting up their baby registry or for anyone having trouble getting their baby to sleep who is too old for swaddling.

  3. Strong, durable, safe!

My son started where a sleepsack right around the age of one when he was learning to walk but yet was still young enough I didn't trust him with blankets. The sleepsack is SO much safer and durable! The sack keep shim warm, but also does two other things I'd never even considered. One, it keeps blowouts and bay...I've never walked into his room with poop on his hands or on the crib as I've heard other moms say happens. If he has a blow-out, it's all contained in the sack so it's super easy to clean! And two, it discourages him from trying to climb out of his crib so we were able to keep him in it longer without fearing he'd fall and break his neck. He couldn't get his leg over the edge, so he just stopped trying. At this point, he's 2.5 years old and while he could crawl out, he doesn't and he specifically requests his sleep sack at nighttime and at nap!

The zippers are strong and hold up after many, many uses and washes. I've never had one break and there is plenty of room for the child to move, crawl, and even walk if they needed to. Yet, it's still very cozy!

My favorite one is the turquoise animal print one as it was colored but super easy to bleach without ruining the material. Unfortunately they've discontinued this cotton one, otherwise I'd give this a 5 star rating. The new fabrics and colors, even the cream-colored ones clean okay with bleach, but the fabric is thicker and for some reason, the bleach stains it pure white, instead of just cleaning up a stain.

  4. Extremely soft and cuddly

It's great and confortable. It was a gift to my niece and it looks like she feels confortable. She loves it. That's the important thing.
