This is an improvement on the already awesome swaddle sacks from Halo. We got a free one from the hospital that was great, but this model improves on that one by making it easier to access the baby's diaper. You can now just undo the bottom velcro rather than the top closures. This is also easier to adjust based on your baby's size. I hate when swaddles cover part of the baby's face, and this has a small opening and design that helps to prevent that. Halo makes quality products that don't shrink in the wash like other brands. This cute neutral pattern works for boys and girls.

Nice, lightweight baby swaddle. It is T-shirt weight so will be good in the summer. The elephants are a nice unisex touch! Very cute. No need to rouse the baby for a diaper change - the bottom unfolds like an envelope to reach diaper area. No unzipping or un-Velcro-ing. Velcro strips are minimal, but all that is really needed to keep this in place.

I love swaddling, but I am not great at swaddling my babies. I always end up making it too tight or too loose. The SwaddleSure makes it easy on me, as I am able to swaddle my newborn without any effort. I also love that the hips and legs aren't bound tightly, which can be bad for their hip development. My son's arms are snug in this swaddle pouch, which helps prevent the startle reflex, and helps him sleep for longer periods at night (he'll sleep for 4 straight hours swaddled, versus 1 or 2 when he isn't swaddled).
I've tried the SwaddleMe brand and the SwaddleSure, and I much prefer the SwaddleSure. I had the newborn size in both, and my son outgrew the SwaddleMe when he hit 8 pounds (around 2 weeks), and he still fits perfectly in the SwaddleSure (at 7 weeks). Will definitely use this swaddle blanket for as long as my son will let me put him in it. I'll also plan on buying this for any friends or family members that have babies -- it's a must have for new moms!
