Instructions lacking and poorly made

"Assembled this crib over a couple of days due to poorly writtens instructions. The joints themselves do not line up well leading to a lot of frustration. The construction of the crib itself is flimsy and I do not look forward to having to convert this crib due to the random assortment of loose parts it came with to accomplish this. The crib itself creaks ominously when you put any weight on it. The parts came in a blister pack, whereas for the dresser and nightstand they were in resealable baggies. So all keeping track of the parts was a nightmare and will continue to be as our child grows into this crib."

"Time to convert crib into full size bed. Where are the 8 -6 mm- connector joints to attach the bed rails to the crib?? They did not come with the bed rails… and the long ones in the envelop on the crib are not what is needed (plz don’t mention them as a potential solution)."
