Reviews

We love out sleep sack!

"We love out sleep sack! The first night he slept 5 hours now a week in after working on a bedtime routine at 3 months he is sleeping hours straight. When we put his sack on his knows it bed time and puts himself to sleep. Truly amazing"

This thing has been absolutely

"This thing has been absolutely amazing for my newborn. The biggest downside is only having one of them!"

Our son sleeps well in

"Our son sleeps well in this. The only reason it’s not five stars is that air drying this takes a long time; it absorbs a ton of moisture."

Katie G. (4/5)

This has been a perfect

"This has been a perfect transition for our little guy away from the Merlin sleep suit. We know he's nice and cozy and it prevents him from flapping his arms around and waking himself up definitely recommend!"

Maggie B. (5/5)

Used this for a week

"Used this for a week for our 3 month old as he was busting out of his swaddle. He loved it and the transition to a sleep sack was so easy!"

"She loves it! Transition was so easy for her from her swaddle."

We love this transition sleep

"We love this transition sleep sack- it worked so well for our baby from day one- we got it when he was 11 weeks old. We were worried it wouldn’t work because it seemed like swaddling was the only way he would stay asleep at night, but this transition sack helps him to still feel safe and secure, while keeping his arms free. And it helps him stay asleep even when those reflexes kick in. Highly recommend!"

Becca T. (5/5)

3 month old son is

"3 month old son is still getting used to having arms out, but this is making it manageable! I kind of wish the sleeves were longer, his lower arm gets cold sometimes. But other than that it has been so helpful!"

Katrina G. (5/5)

Arms are not stiff enough

"Arms are not stiff enough wish it was a little more snug overall."

Q&A

It’s says to use over regular sleep wear but I was wondering what that means exactly, my baby wears 100% cotton long sleeve sleepers (nighties) with the mittens folded over is that okay to wear under the easy transition? It stays 68-72 in the room
Thanks for the question. Regular sleep wear refers to PJs, onesies, and products marketed for baby sleep. We recommend checking out our What to Wear chart on how to dress your baby for sleep: https://www.halosleep.com/blog/post/how-to-dress-your-baby-for-sleep Please note that direction is for guidance only; parents should always use best judgement when dressing their baby for sleep.
Hello, My 3 month baby weighs 11.4 pounds but she hates swaddling. She frees herself from the traditional swaddle or the the other halo swaddle and is very fussy when we try to swaddle her. She does have startle reflex. Can I use this even though she is slightly below the weight limit? She rolls from her from to back during tummy time but hasn’t rolled from back to front yet
Thanks for the question. We recommend using Easy Transition when either your baby is at 13lbs OR 22” (whichever comes first is fine!) Since they are starting to roll, this is a great time to ditch the swaddle. Easy Transition is a great option for this, since you mention she still has startle reflex. Our SleepSack wearable blankets are also an option, but won’t be as effective for helping with startle reflex.
What is the length of the easy transition? Our gal is tall
Thanks for the question! There are two sizes of Easy Transition: - 3-6months (for babies up to 26” tall) - 6-9months, (for babies under 30” tall) If your baby is taller than 30", we recommend using a SleepSack wearable blanket instead.
