"As a first time mom, using this bassinest was so helpful. As soon as I started using this, my baby was sleeping through the night. We don’t even need a sound machine as the sounds that come with this bassinest are very soothing to baby, and me! It has a vibration setting, which is nice. It also has an option to sway back and forth, which my baby doesn’t use. You can push one side of the rails down and can easily access baby, which I love. It swivels over beds, although if you have a tall bed like me, it won’t but that doesn’t bother me as it still reaches my bed height. I just have an extremely tall bed. It is also cute and is not an eye sore in my room at all. This is just the perfect bassnest and I highly recommend!"

"I really do love this bassinet but we can’t use the rocking feature because when in use there’s a very loud knocking sound. Love that it swivels, vibrates, and has soothing sounds. I really wanted it for the swivel and rocking feature. I’ve seen other reviews saying it eventually starts to knock but ignored because I wanted to try. If I could return I definitely would."

"This bassinet was great for the first two months - it worked perfectly and our baby loves it, especially being rocked to sleep. But after about 9 weeks, it started making a really loud clicking/knocking sound when the rocking feature was used. It was impossible to sleep through. We are limiting our use of that feature while we try to figure out how to fix it. Hoping to hear about a fix from the folks at Halo so I can get back to using this product as intended! The white noise and vibration are great though and I like the red floor light as well - it helps me navigate our room at night as we have pets that sometimes sleep on the floor by the bed. There's a lot to love about this product but that clicking sound really diminishes the experience."
