HALO Dream, Inc. 1-Year Limited Warranty - Effective 9.25.2025
Coverage:
HALO Dream, Inc. (“HALO”) guarantees that its products are free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the original purchase date. If a product purchased from an authorized HALO retailer is found defective within this period, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who purchased the product new from an Authorized HALO Retailer and is not transferable.
For all products, proof of purchase, such as an original sales receipt from an authorized retailer is required.
For cribs, BassiNests®, mattresses, and SleepSure® products:
- Registration with HALO at the time of purchase is mandatory. This can be done via the product registration card or online at (https://www.halosleep.com/halo-product-registration). For SleepSure® and BassiNest® Connected Swivel Sleeper 3.0, registration in the HALO App is sufficient.
- BassiNest® Sleeper warranty covers: All metal and plastic components, fabric seams, zippers, and mattress
- Dreamweave™ Crib Mattress warranty covers: Fabric cover and zipper
- Failure to register will void warranty coverage for applicable products.

Claim Procedure:
Send a photo illustrating the issue to HALO, along with a dated sales receipt.

What HALO Will Do:
HALO will repair or replace the defective product or component within one year from the purchase date at no charge.
HALO will cover standard shipping costs for sending a replacement and for return of the product, if requested. HALO may alternatively request that the product be disposed of by the customer.
The service may include a repair kit for self-repair, a replacement part, or an equivalent or superior replacement product.
HALO may substitute products or components with those of equal or better quality and may use refurbished items for repairs or replacements.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper storage, installation, misuse, neglect, or alteration
- Damage not caused by the manufacturer
- Missing original law tags or warning labels
- Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or inappropriate cleaning or storage
- Accidental damage or loss
- Consumable parts like batteries
- Software, even if packaged or sold with the product
- Damage from misuse or abuse of the product or its components.
- Damage or fading from laundering or dry-cleaning.
- Damage or staining from substances such as grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, dyes, solvents, or corrosives.
- Defects from storage in inappropriate conditions, such as outdoors or in damp environments.
- Damage from installation or use inconsistent with HALO's recommendations or specifications.
- Accidental damage, including exposure to water (e.g., washing machine, heavy rainfall).
- Products without the original manufacturer's law tag.
- Customer dissatisfaction with product weight, functionality, color, or style.
- Commercial use or second-hand purchases from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized third-party sellers on online marketplaces.
- Products sold "as-is," "open box, " "refurbished, " "reconditioned," "used," or similar terms indicating they are not new or first quality.
Limitations:
The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of defective products or components. HALO is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including negligence. This warranty is only valid for products purchased new from authorized HALO retailers in the country of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend the warranty period upon repair or replacement. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
Legal Rights:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the duration of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
