"We ordered this crib and it came with missing parts and chips and scratches. When we emailed the customer service they responded that they would send the missing part in 3-5 business days which is late for us. _x000D_ _x000D_ They dont take any accountability neither or sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would say the quality check is too bad, when asked the customer service rep about why the quality check is not thorough, she was like we have 1000s of items shipping out everyday and we cannot possibly take care of the quality. Then why do u run a business if quality is not your priority, you are not giving out stuff for free here."
