"Disappointing. Paid original expensive price for this product and it came with black marks like it was used already. Also can’t return if it’s passed 30 days for any product on halo apparently and even if you wanted to return within the 30 day window, you have to pay the shipping fees out of pocket also. I did a well over a grand shopping in one transaction and I’m truly disappointed i did. They lost a customer"
"My husband found this crib and we liked the idea of not having their pacifier thrown or their limbs getting stuck. When we received it, it had defects. Customer service handled it great and fixed the issue. We would recommend this crib."
"Loved this crib! It was very easy to put together and it is very comfortable for my son."
"I primarily got this crib because my son (6 months) got his arm stuck a few times in a crib that had slats. I saw this and purchased it immediately. He is sleep trained but sometimes it takes him 20 minutes to fall asleep while crying. When this happens, he hits his head on the sides of the crib. Now, this also happened with the previous crib and I understand this can’t be avoided. BUT the mesh portion is NOT “soft”. So he has bruising and markings on his head of tiny little holes. Now, again, I understand this is basically user error. But now I’m deciding between stuck arm or “scale-like” bruising on his face. All in all, great concept but mesh is way too firm in my opinion."
"Beautiful crib that assembled easily!"
"This was so easy to assemble. It only took my husband and I about 20 minutes to put together. It's a beautiful crib and wonderful quality."
"This crib is perfect for us. My son was in the snoo and the mesh sides were a great transition!"
"Very sturdy, safe with the mesh sides and very stylish."
"Was not given enough of the long bolts which are needed for the basic assembly. Short 3! Which is a lot to be short of. Also annoyed that I didn’t notice in the pictures that the bolts are silver and don’t match the color you buy. All the money you pay they could have given you matching hardware. As you can see in the picture I’m missing bottom bolts. All I can review so far cause I can’t use it."
"I was VERY excited to see this crib was an option to for my little guy who was always getting his limbs stuck in his old crib. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked out quite as wonderfully as I had hoped. He’s scratched his forehead and hands multiple times on the mesh, which I’m sure is only so rough/tough to ensure it doesn’t break. The mesh panel also doesn’t set in quite all the way, creating a bit of a rough/sharp edge at the top that we will likely have to try and cover with tape so he doesn’t cut his fingers when he begins pulling up. Additionally, I was a little bit bummed about the condition of the wood for the price. Lots of little nicks and uneven spots. It’s also very hard to put the mattress down into the crib with its sheet on as the sheet is grabbed by the mesh and pulls the sides up. After some practice I’m hoping that will get easier. Overall, I do still appreciate the concept of the crib. It is visually appealing, sturdy, not too heavy to move, has nice height options for the mattress and I love that it can convert to a toddler bed/floor bed."
