Worst purchase ever made

"Followed only by worst customer service. This arrived with a huge debt, large chunk issuing from leg, and slides that did not line up. I sent photos and emails and cutomer service did nothing. They asked for a video of the drawers, I sent one, they asked for a video of the drawers being pulled with equal force from both sides. What good is a changing table that needs to be opened with equal force on both drawer pulls? Still, I sent one. They offered to send new slides but did not address the chunk of wood missing. I was asked for model number no less than 5 times. No resolution. At this point I don’t want anything from the company, I just want to save another new mom from going through this headache while trying to care for a newborn. This was truly the worst purchase I have ever made."

"Love the way this whole set looks, i have this, the crib, and the chest and all three complement each other in our baby's room. _x000D_ I do have to mention the boxes it got delivered in was messed up, like the corners but none of the actual product was damaged."
