I order the Woodland 4-in-1

"I order the Woodland 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, and ordered the Toddler Guard Rail, and the Full-Size Bed Rails Dec 10th, 2025 – paid over $600. 00. When we received the shipment on Dec 19th, the main headboard was defective with blue paint. I wrote to customer service to either replace the headboard or send us, at least touchup paint so that we can cover the blue paint. It is now 18 days and still, no answer. Baby is on the way. Unacceptable."

"We are currently expecting our first baby, and as a gift my grandma ordered this crib for us from a third party. When it arrived, it had a slight crack in the front of the headboard piece. I called the company line about getting some touchup paint and we thought we would repair it ourselves, but I was shocked when the lady I spoke with said they would send a new crib. It was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful, sturdy crib that will grow with her as she gets older, and the customer service and care just just the cherry on top! Thank you!"
