Our Founder

Our company was built on the strong desire to protect families and promote safe sleep. Our founder, Bill Schmid, lost his firstborn to SIDS in 1991, and was determined to create a product that prevented it from happening to anyone else.

His relentless drive to innovate led him to design the SleepSack. Since then, it has become the #1 choice of hospitals nationwide.
