We are offering free shipping on purchases $50 or more to the US only. This promotion is not applicable to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Our warehouse is fully operational and orders will ship as scheduled. As we work with a delivery service, please make sure to refer to your tracking number once the package has shipped for an estimated delivery date. We currently ship to the 50 United States, Washington, DC and all Canadian Provinces. We do not ship to international shipping companies. Your order will be processed and ship within 3-5 days. You can expect delivery in approximately 7-10 business days. Orders shipping to Canada may take a few extra days due to customs clearance. Please be aware that our site is only in USD and this will be reflected at checkout. For Canadian customers: once you place your order, the charge will be converted to Canadian currency on your bank/credit card account. Shipping Policy for the Hospital Safer Way to Sleep® Initiative
Shipping charges apply for all orders through our HALO® Safer Way to Sleep® Hospital Initiative. Shipping charges will be provided to you by a HALO Customer Service Representative. To place an order please contact us at 1.888.999.HALO.
You may return any product purchased from halosleep.com within 30 days from date of shipment. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging and not been worn, washed or used in any way. Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns. Returns must be shipped prepaid and your return shipping cost is not reimbursable.

After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns on Warrantied Items
We offer a one year warranty on DreamNest™ and Bassinest® swivel sleeper products. If, after our standard 30 day return policy there should be a quality concern, we will honor our warranty to ensure the product is made whole and as intended. The warranty terms only apply to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product (i.e. second-hand purchase). The warranty may include a repair kit to allow you to self-fit the part quickly, safely and easily, a replacement part, or a product replacement, all at our discretion. Refunds of tender are not provided after 30 days. For more information pertaining to your warranty, please contact our Customer Service department.
To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
