Not a pleasant product experience
"Recently bought this product and I was kind of disappointed all along the whole customer journey. Right of the bat, there were missing parts. It took several emails, back and forth correspondence and a lot of days to get the missing parts delivered. When I started assembling, I realized that the quality was not as good as I has thought initially. Half of the screws came loose when I tried to tighten them to hold the parts together. I had to fill the holes with fillers to have the screws grip. When I finally tried to put the top on, it wouldn't go. For some reason, the alignment was off and not all the screws matched the holes they were supposed to go in. I had to skip the ones that didn't align properly. I also realized that some of the screws were missing the their tops too. All in all, I would have surely returned the product if it wasn't for environmental reasons (most returns go to landfills and it I don't like throwing away a new product just because)."
Seems pretty solid
"The parts are pretty heavy duty and seem like they will last. I got the dusty heather and I love the color. The first box I got was destroyed by the delivery company and over half the parts were missing or damaged. Customer service was easy to work with and they sent me a whole new unit which arrived in great condition. It is a bit difficult to put together with where some of the screws need to go but I was still able to do it by myself."
Decent
"The top was damaged, we were able to get it replaced no problem. Two of the drawers were not coming out properly, the part that glides out was getting stuck against the wood. Once we fixed it, the drawers glided beautifully and were smooth when opening and closing. Although we had a few problems I am happy overall with the size and quality of the product"
Crib/Dresser
"The products arrived damaged with scratches and chips on both the crib and dresser. The crib was pretty straightforward to set up, while the dresser instructions were a little confusing when due to it being just pictures. One of the panels on the back side of the crib is not holding well and we needed to put a screw in place to hold it from falling off. Despite the damages to the product, it does look well put together when it is finished and it seems to be nice and sturdy for a nursery."
Good not great
"Putting the changing table together was pretty simple, everything was labeled well, the wood is very soft, easy to damage. Couple minor damages when it showed up. Biggest issue was one of the side panels, they put angled support blocks on the inside of the frame, well they decided to mount one over the hole for a dowel, so I had to pry off the support block. Otherwise everything went well and it looks decent enough."
Harmony Dresser
"Took 2 stars off for shipping and manufacturing issues. The side piece came damaged. You could tell it was delivery company's fault. But, the drawer with the slide rail on the wrong side and the drawer face that was glued on upside down were the manufacturers fault. We had to have 3 parts replaced by the time it was put together. We are definitely happy with the dresser. It looks great. We are unhappy with what we had to go through to get the final product."
Dresser/changer
"The dresser is very nice looking. We received the dresser and the two side panels were damaged, the one was completely cracked and coming apart, the other was chipped. One of the tracks was also coming apart, the ball bearings were falling out. We called customer service and we have parts on the way. The dresser looks to be of good quality, made of real wood."
