Not magic but useful
"Seeing all the immediate success stories made me feel like maybe this didn’t have the magic we needed after two nights of no sleep improvement with it but by the third night our babe was sleeping more. Not sure if the suit did it but it is useful at least (and very cute) as a transition product from swaddle to arms out. Babe does seem to calm as soon as he’s in it too."
Great quality, tighter than expected
"We were given a hand me down Merlin Magic Sleepsuit (blue fleece), and it seemed to work well for my daughter so I decided to buy a 2nd one. She is 5 months and 15 lbs, so I got the 3-6 months size, which was the size of the blue one we’d been given. When the new one arrived it was clear the design had changed. The arms and legs were noticeably tighter than the old one. It is very soft and nice quality but I was disappointed because it is tight enough that if she wears a long sleeved onesie under it the sleeves get crumpled up and it is much harder to get her in and out of it. So we won’t get as much use out of this as I’d like. Bottom line is it’s a nicely made product but I’d recommend sizing up."

"It’s cozy and warm but on the smaller size for my 5 month old boy. He’s almost 20lb and the large fits very snug. Don’t think it’s going to last more than a month. Would be great if they offered the Merlin suit in an XL for bigger babies"

"My 4 month old granddaughter had FOMO. She was very alert, social and way overtired. She would only nap in a steadily moving stroller or car. We put the sleep suit on her and she is instantly relaxed. Now she will fall asleep in our arms in less than 10 minutes. It’s been almost 3 weeks and this sleep suit is still working its magic at nap time and bedtime."
