"Does not come with needed nuts and bolts. Customer service says it came with the initial crib purchase which makes no sense. Save it and send it with the bed rails. The slats are flimsy, not supportive and three is not enough. We had to add our own plus legs so we could lay with our kid for reading."
"I order the Woodland 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, and ordered the Toddler Guard Rail, and the Full-Size Bed Rails Dec 10th, 2025 – paid over $600. 00. When we received the shipment on Dec 19th, the main headboard was defective with blue paint. I wrote to customer service to either replace the headboard or send us, at least touchup paint so that we can cover the blue paint. It is now 18 days and still, no answer. Baby is on the way. Unacceptable."

"Crib is 500 and you have to buy a crib and rails seperate and its 200 for the conversions, the bed rails is just 3 slats and no support but its 150$? Ridiculous"

"Loved the crib, hate the bedrails. Not sturdy. 3 slats and bed will fall through especially if an adult is laying on it. If you have kids that jump on the bed, have the DR on call. For the price, buy a new bed."
"We're so glad we purchased the 4-1 combo when our grandchildren were babies. They just moved out of state & we easily convert their crib into a full bed. We love the quality & glad our guest nursery is now a guest room with a full bed."
