DO NOT BUY

"This crib arrived missing all of it's proprietary screws, making it completely unusable. What should have been a simple fix has turned into over a month of endless back-and-forth with customer service, zero resolution, and terrible communication. Every interaction leads to another dead end—no one takes ownership, no one follows through, and no one seems to have any real authority to fix the problem. Since Child Craft was acquired by Halo in September, the quality of service has clearly fallen apart. It honestly feels like one of the worst acquisitions imaginable—no accountability, no internal control, and no concern for customers who are literally waiting to safely assemble a crib for their child. What makes this even more frustrating is that I already own this exact crib for my older son and loved it, which is why I confidently purchased it again. That trust was completely misplaced. Between the missing hardware, the month-long delay, and the total lack of competent customer support, I would never purchase from Child Craft or Halo again. A baby product company should understand urgency, safety, and responsibility—this experience showed none of those. Do yourself a favor and buy any other brand."
