"We had an issue with the drawers on the Redmond dresser, but we really loved the size and look. We contacted Customer Support and were able to return the dresser that was not functioning correctly and got one that works great. It’s so important to buy a product and know the manufacturer stands behind their name. Thank you Justine!"

"The crib overall is very nice. It was easy to assemble and directions reflected parts correctly. We only had one issue and that was it was damaged in shipping. Thankfully, ChildCraft has very good customer service and not only noted the report number with the issue but also called back twice to advise me of backorder and shipping delays."

"Ordered the Redmond 4-in-1. The crib had scratches, cracks, and missing wood in places. Didn't realize it was made in Vietnam. Thought it was poorly made. Will not buy this brand again."
"We bought just the crib, it’s great! It did arrive with a few knicks that were purely cosmetic and we didn’t want to wait for replacements. Other than that is a solid crib and looks great in the nursery!"
"This furniture looks beautiful in the nursery. The short dresser arrived with two Knicks in it. Too much work to try to get it fixed. Crib needs two people to assemble. Dresser drawers kind of stick, hopefully they loosen up over time. _x000D_ Very happy with this purchase."
