"Absolutely do not buy this product. I received this bassinet as a baby shower gift and it was broken out of the box as the side of the bassinet would not lock in place. I did get a replacement from Halo and ever since I received the replacement bassinet it keeps sinking overnight almost every single night. We went to adjust the height before bed since it had managed to sink all the way to the bottom and the whole bassinet attachment came off while trying to raise the bassinet. This is a highly dangerous product for multiple reasons, the sinking could cause a baby to suffocate if your baby is anything like mine and loves to sleep against the mesh and with the bassinet coming completely off while adjusting the height it could cause harm if you happen to adjust it overnight while your baby is in the bassinet. Please do not buy this product, when I called about the bassinet coming completely off they did say they are working on a fix for the sinking but when I said this item should be recalled due to safety concerns they didn’t seem to have any plans of doing that. Getting this product sent back was also very much a struggle after having two UPS pick ups scheduled and the bassinet never getting picked up I had to take it to the UPS store and halo customer support is aware of others also have problems with UPS picking up item."

I expected much better quality and durability, especially at this price point. This feels unreliable and not something I can trust. I would not recommend it to other parents."

"Pros: I like that the mattress and sides are breathable. Baby seems comfortable on the mattress. Cons: the legs take up a big foot print and are easy to trip on. Overall a decent bassinet. Would not recommend for small spaces. The swivel feature is fine but not anything I personally needed. I really like the mattress this comes with. Baby is 24 inches and she fits well with extra room!"

Ive had the bedside
"Ive had the bedside sleeper version of the Bassinest and this is the perfect upgrade for me. I love that it has the ability to swivel over the bed during a time when it’s hard to get up and down. Also on one side you can push the wall down for easy in and out of your baby. With the legs it can be a tight squeeze next to the bed depending on the position but you can move the legs under the bed frame if needed. It comes with a nice breathable mattress and cover and the sides have enough holes to make it feel like you are right next to baby. It’s also made with durable material it doesn’t feel plasticky and cheap"
