The dresser is beautiful but

"The dresser is beautiful but the color is not as advertised. The dresser has a rather noticeable brown undertone. Also, the quality of the drawers is just not there. None of the 3 drawers glide smoothly. We had to re-build the bottom drawer because it was poorly made."

Terrible drawers

"Bough both the atwood dresser and chest. They are a nightmare to assemble. Once you finally get them assembled, the interlocking drawer tech makes it so the drawers don't slide well at all. Because of the added friction, small plastic clips that hold the ball bearings on the slides tend to easily snap. This leads to ball bearings falling out of the furniture which is a MAJOR chocking hazard. Needs to be recalled."

Really nice dresser. Drawers are

"Really nice dresser. Drawers are a bit hard to open, but hopeful they will loosen up after time."

The drawers are stuck

"The drawers are stuck in a locked position every time they are closed. This has been an exercise in frustration. I've been fighting with them for weeks. Might have to return. Help!"

"Very cheap quality. Drawers are sticky. Do not buy."

Great customer service

"Quite pleased with this company. The dresser top arrived with a damaged corner from shipping. One phone call, with a real person, and a replacement arrived in 3 days! The dresser is easy to assemble and is very sturdy."

color WAY off ; poor quality drawers

"The color is WAY off in-person, compared to what it shows online. In-person it is VERY dark brown (almost identical to the ""toasted chesnut"" of the Kieran Euro crib set by Child Craft, if you want an accurate visual), versus online it is depicted as a lighter brown. _x000D_ _x000D_ Additionally, drawers are poor quality and don't open/close very easily. _x000D_ _x000D_ For the expensive price, I expected the proper color & good quality drawers. Very disappointed."

POORLY BUILT - DO NOT BUY

"I genuinely would love to give this a five-star review because it is a beautiful dresser with solid wood that matches the Atwood crib that we also purchased. Unfortunately though, it is built extremely poorly. We have already disassembled the top drawer and reassembled it three times. No matter what, the mechanism on the left locking piece does not operate well. This means that anytime you want to open another drawer, you have to slam the top drawer shut. This also means if you have other small children that share a wall with this bedroom, they may wake up from hearing you slam a dresser drawer just so that you can open a separate drawer. Why even prevent a person from opening the other drawers just because one is 'slightly' open? That is obnoxious. Additionally, even the two supporting wood bars that sit under the top dresser keep falling out of the slot on the opposite side, so they drag when opening the drawer (again, despite reassembling multiple times where when inserting the drawer, they start off in the slot before eventually sliding out again; see pic). My wife is the one who purchased this item and reached out to child craft and they were less than helpful in our efforts to return and refund the dresser. I would happily adjust this review if customer service wants to reach out and handle this properly."

Terrible quality control!

"We are now on our THIRD dresser with the exact same issue that makes it impossible to build. The drawer railings are so poorly made that every single one we’ve received, after working with the seller, has had the issues with ball bearings just falling out or brackets bent out of shape. I could not imagine a worse experience with a product or company."

Eric (1/5)

Bad drawer system

"Nice appearance, but an absolutely atrocious drawer system. I’ve never worked on a drawer that jams so frequently and slides so rough. If it wasn’t for the drawer system it would be a great product, but I wouldn’t recommend solely off of that."
