"We love the size, our baby has plenty room. The white noise options are soothing. The l. e. d light helps us check on him here and there through the night if he’s positioned facing towards it. The basket attachment is great to throw in a burp cloth, swaddle blanket, etc outside of using a diaper caddy. The swivel feature is very helpful maneuvering in and out bed as well as grabbing something from basket attachment. Only wish the legs were less pronounced."
"Be aware that the vibration feature shuts off automatically after 20 minutes or so. No where in the description does it say that the vibration times out. Now after spending over $400, I have to buy a separate vibration device."

"FYI: this bassinet is difficult to move due to the legs that don’t slide on the floor. (Probably for safety. ) It’s also heavy in case you’re a petite mom. You’ll need someone to help move it. The legs stick way out so be careful to not trip over them."
"Well, thanks for asking. I still haven’t received the second attempt to purchase this item. The first box you sent me had previously been opened — clearly! And sloppily retaped. With crushed corners. I sent it back. It was to be a gift, for heaven’s sake. Still waiting for a replacement."
"This bassinet is a GAME CHANGER. All the features are truly one of a kind and so helpful. My favorite is the vibrating and rocking motions. My boy loves to be held and when I have to lay him down I turn those on immediately and it works everytime!"

"Stay alway from this website. I paid for a new bassinet and received an open box. Their customer service sent me a label and promised to refund my money as soon as the returned item is on its way to their warehouse. They have received it last week. I tried to email and call them and received no response. I have to contact my credit card company and report a fraud."
"The company sent me a bassinest luxe that had clearly already been opened and retaped and the box had large gaping holes in multiple spots. I didn’t pay over $400 to not get a brand new bassinest. So far the experience to receive a new one has been time consuming and not easy. I wish I would have listened when people said not to get a halo product."
