"wanted to love the HALO Swivel Sleeper 3. 0 for its app connectivity and lowering side wall, but the base design ruins much of the experience. The legs are massive and extend right into the natural walking path next to the bed. In the middle of the night, it feels impossible not to step on or kick them. While the 360-degree swivel works as advertised, navigating around the bulky base every time you get up gets frustrating very quickly."
"Truly helps calm the baby with the autosoothe function. It listens to babies cries and starts gentle vibrations to mimic the womb. Baby sleeps longer which is a huge bonus for us tired parents."

"We have owned the Bassinest 3. 0 Connected for 2 weeks. So far, the gearbox has developed a tick tock sound. Additionally, the main pivot at the center has developed a very loud creak that wakes our baby up. I reached out to customer service and was on hold for over 30 mins. I also sent an email 7 days ago and have not heard anything. I would not buy this product."
"As a first time mom, using this bassinest was so helpful. As soon as I started using this, my baby was sleeping through the night. We don’t even need a sound machine as the sounds that come with this bassinest are very soothing to baby, and me! It has a vibration setting, which is nice. It also has an option to sway back and forth, which my baby doesn’t use. You can push one side of the rails down and can easily access baby, which I love. It swivels over beds, although if you have a tall bed like me, it won’t but that doesn’t bother me as it still reaches my bed height. I just have an extremely tall bed. It is also cute and is not an eye sore in my room at all. This is just the perfect bassnest and I highly recommend!"

"I really do love this bassinet but we can’t use the rocking feature because when in use there’s a very loud knocking sound. Love that it swivels, vibrates, and has soothing sounds. I really wanted it for the swivel and rocking feature. I’ve seen other reviews saying it eventually starts to knock but ignored because I wanted to try. If I could return I definitely would."
